Infarm, Berlin: Discovering Superpowers in a Berlin Bar
For Infarm, an indoor farming startup based in Berlin, Wonderland took this concept a step further by integrating social play into a public space—a bar. As visitors entered, they were given earphones that prompted them to take part in synchronized conversations and actions around the space.
This role-playing exercise allowed Infarm team members to step into different personas and engage with their colleagues in new, creative ways. By framing these activities in a public, playful environment, we created an experience where team cohesion and collaboration flourished in a light-hearted, yet deeply effective way. Participants discovered their superpowers as they played through their roles, learning more about their own unique contributions to the team’s success. This role-playing exercise allowed Infarm team members to step into different personas and engage with their colleagues in new, creative ways. Wonderland’s approach to team building leverages prototyping tools and play-based strategies to foster a strong culture of innovation and creativity. Using social play and role-playing exercises, we guide teams through immersive challenges that help them better understand their work dynamics, uncover hidden strengths, and develop a culture of collaborative innovation.
Our methodology includes:
- Role-Playing Scenarios: Interactive experiences where team members step into different roles to better understand each other’s strengths.- Role-Playing Scenarios: Interactive experiences where team members take on different roles to better understand each other's strengths.
- Prototyping Tools: AI-powered simulations and quick iterations to help teams design new products, strategies, or approaches while learning through play.
- Synchronized Group Activities: Whether in a workspace or public setting, we create coordinated group experiences that promote team cohesion and encourage innovative thinking.
These activities have proven highly successful across industries, from university open days to startup accelerators, helping organizations build stronger, more creative teams that thrive on innovation and collaboration.
By integrating play, role-playing, and social interaction into corporate and educational environments, Wonderland fosters not only team-building but also a dynamic culture where innovation and collaboration are central to success.
